The Macure Group specializes in the international supply of pharmaceutical niche hospital products. We currently experience a rapid growth through acquisitions of established products and the launch of own niche generics. We have a robust network of contract manufacturers and wholesalers/distributors, providing us with a flexible and scalable business structure.
You will report to senior management, and your responsibilities will span over our three legal entities in Denmark, the UK, and Malta.
The place of work is our headquarters in Copenhagen (NV), and we are open for discussing a part time position.
THE JOB
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the Macure Group attracts top talents for the next phase of growth through your own meticulous detection of and dialogue with the best suited candidates. Other equally important tasks are successful onboarding and retention, including talent development and successor planning.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- All tasks related to recruitment (from job description to onboarding)
- Leading talent development across the organization
- Facilitate cross functional teamwork
- Handling Work Environment/Job Satisfaction surveys
- Maintaining the Employee Handbook etc.
- Ensuring legal compliance in HR matters (time recording, GDPR etc.)
- Any other ad hoc tasks related to HR
YOUR PROFILE
It is essential that you have a proactive approach to continuously enhancing results and processes. Your profile ideally aligns with the following:
- A relevant educational background, preferably a Masters’ Degree
- Preferably strong experience with recruitment in international Pharma
- Positive, open-minded, and business-oriented
- Willing to own, lead, and drive your own processes independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and native Danish language is required
