Launch Planner, Supply Chain, Pharma

We are a young, international specialty pharma company with focus on mature, niche hospital products. We market a diverse portfolio, primarily across Europe, and we currently experience a steep growth through acquisitions of established products and launch of our own niche generics.

A well-structured launch process is crucial to both business and customer satisfaction. To support further growth, we therefore wish to extend our Operations Team by a Launch Planner. In collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders you will be involved in the entire process after take over from Business Development. You will coordinate with our Regulatory Affairs team regarding Marketing Authorisation activities and contribute to production planning for our manufacturers in cooperation with our Supply Chain Planner. You will be involved in calculating prices in cooperation with our Head of Operations and our Tender Manager and perform numerous other tasks related to a successful launch process.

You will report to our Head of Operations and be part of our Operations Team with currently five highly skilled and motivated colleagues.

About the job

Your responsibilities will cover, but not be limited to:

  • Build and execute project plans for new launches, ensuring that all milestones are met with regard to quality, time and allocated resources
  • Responsible for follow-up on and continuous development of launch project performance
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Team to ensure successful Marketing Authority Applications and launches in all relevant markets
  • Contribute to launch forecasting to manufacturers in collaboration with our Supply Chain Planner
  • Support preparation and implementation of pricing strategies across products and markets and contribute to smooth tender processes
  • Collaborate with and support commercial field resources as part of our key account management
  • Develop, optimize and implement new working processes

Candidate Profile

First of all, you need to be a true wizard when it comes to project management. You always take responsibility, expect the unexpected and are able to handle multiple tasks without losing neither the big picture nor significant details. Further you:

  • Are holding a M.Sc. or B.Sc. Degree in a relevant area
  • Possess +3 years of experience with similar responsibilities
  • Enjoy the mix between working hands on and always having to think ahead
  • Can demonstrate solid project management skills
  • Are able to work independently, yet are a strong team player
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in a Scandinavian language and English
