Supply Chain Planner, International Pharma (CPH)

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will engage with multiple stakeholders across Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, Quality, and Finance, as well as directly with our customers, suppliers, and warehouses. Your responsibilities will span from forecasting to delivery, including addressing challenges and implementing corrective actions. You will report to our Head of Operations and collaborate with a team of six highly skilled colleagues. Your role will encompass supply chain activities across our legal entities in Denmark, the UK, and Malta. The place of work is our headquarters in Copenhagen (NV).


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for daily operations with customers, suppliers, and wholesalers.
  • Managing stock, forecasting, and processing orders.
  • Monitoring stock availability and coordinating replenishment at 3-PL warehouse facilities.
  • Ensuring efficient order management to facilitate timely acknowledgment and delivery.
  • Maintaining continuous serialization activities.
  • Proactively communicating challenges in the supply chain and implementing corrective actions.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.


You must excel at planning ahead and managing multiple tasks without losing sight of the big picture or important details. Additionally, you should:

  • Hold a M.Sc. or B.Sc./HD Degree in a relevant field.
  • Preferably possess more than three years of experience with similar responsibilities.
  • Be capable of working independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, as well as proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language.
