As Supply Chain planner you will get a broad interface with many stakeholders across Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, Quality and Finance as well as directly with our customers, warehouses, and suppliers. You will be responsible for multiple tasks from forecasting to delivery, including handling challenges and implementing corrective actions in cooperation with colleagues and external stakeholders. You will report to our Head of Operations and be part of our Operations Team in Copenhagen with currently five highly skilled and motivated colleagues.

About the job

Your responsibilities will cover, but not be limited to:

• Stock management, forecasting and order processing
• Monitoring stock availability at warehouse facilities, coordinate replenishment between 3-PL warehouses
• First point of contact for daily operations with customers and wholesalers
• Manage on-time availability of import/export licenses for narcotic products
• Serialization maintenance
• Pro-active management of open orders
• Pro-active communication on delays and challenges in the supply chain and implementing corrective actions
• End-to-end supply chain

Candidate Profile

You must be strong at planning ahead and handling multiple tasks without losing neither the big picture nor significant details. Further you:

• Hold a M.Sc. or B.Sc./HD Degree in a relevant area
• Preferably possess +3 years of experience with similar responsibilities
• Are able to work independently, yet are a strong team player
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in a Scandinavian language and English
