  • About the Role
    You’ll be part of our Operations Team, covering Supply Chain, Logistics, Tenders, ESG, and Product Launch. The role spans supply chain activities across our legal entities in Denmark, the UK, and Malta.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations (stock management, forecasting, logistics)
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and wholesalers, ensuring strong business relationships
  • Improve supply chain processes in a fast-growing company
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment at 3PL warehouses
  • Ensure order processing, tracking, and timely deliveries
  • Handle serialization activities and overall compliance
  • Drive demand planning and forecasting improvements
  • Negotiate and collaborate with external partners to optimize supply chain performance
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, Quality, and Finance

We are looking for a new colleague with these qualifications and experience:
•Degree (M.Sc./B.Sc./HD) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar
•Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (pharma experience is a plus)
•Strong relationship-building skills and a commercial mindset
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
•Experience with ERP systems & supply chain planning tools (familiarity with implementing or optimizing such systems is a plus)
•Fluency in Danish and English (written & spoken)
