Reports can be submitted via email to reportincident@macurepharma.com and are handled with strict confidentiality.
Alle reports are acknowledged within 2 business days, reviewed and investigated impartially. Corrective actions are taken, outcomes are taken, outcomes are followed up, and whistleblowers are protected against retaliation, including when reporting anonymously.
The whistleblower scheme is also described in our Supplier Code of Conduct, which suppliers are expected to share with their own sub-suppliers and subcontractors.
